Yew Tree Cottage, Easton

Hampshire Living Group were appointed by the homeowners on a cost-plus basis to extend and fully renovate a much-loved thatched cottage that had remained in the family for generations. The project included a distinctive double-storey rear extension featuring a beautifully curved roof structure — a design we were proud to bring to life.

Careful consideration was required when connecting a new structure to such an historic building. Through close collaboration and detailed craftsmanship, the result is a home that feels modern, efficient, and comfortable, while still respecting and celebrating its heritage. The clients have now moved in with their family and are enjoying the next chapter of this special property.
