Hampshire Living Group were appointed to deliver a contemporary single-storey rear extension and internal refurbishment to this family home in Colden Common. The extension features a striking double gable roof with bespoke apex glazing, flooding the new space with natural light and creating a strong architectural focal point. High-quality aluminium bifold doors and windows seamlessly connect the home to the garden, enhancing both flow and functionality.

Alongside the extension, the project included a bespoke kitchen installation and a full internal refresh, incorporating a new WC, flooring, decorating, and tiling throughout.
