Hampshire Living Group was recommended to the client by a friend. Following an initial meeting to review and discuss the architect’s drawings, we worked closely with the client to fully understand their vision and agree the cosmetic scope of works. From there, a clear and competitive estimate was prepared and accepted, setting the project up for a confident start.

Works quickly got underway on creating a loft conversion on this bungalow with works not being impeded by the weather due to a temporary tin-hat scaffold structure. Alongside the loft conversion, the scope of work extended to a new bathroom, bespoke storage solutions, new oak and glass stair balustrades and full house exterior cladding, all of which was completed by Christmas 2022 much to our clients’ delight.

The project was able to be completed on time, on budget and to a superb quality.
